Our floridaboxes.com website has a user-friendly interface with convenient ordering 24/7.

- You may place your order online during or after hours.

- You may Chat with a Packaging Specialist to assist in placing your order.

- Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.

- You may send your Purchase Order via fax to 1-866-855-1596 or direct to [email protected]

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday would ship between 1-2 business days, subject to stock availability & QTY. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or observed holidays.

- FloridaBoxes has a shipping quote generator to offer customers the lowest shipping rates available. You also have the option to use your own carrier of choice.

- FloridaBoxes ships from Miramar & Jacksonville FL which helps us get you your products faster and at lower shipping cost.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS DURING TRANSIT:

Please check your order confirmation for accuracy. Should you need to change the shipping address during transit, please Chat with Customer Service during normal business hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST or email [email protected] to request the change. There is a $21. per package fee to intercept and change the address. If an order is currently out for delivery, unfortunately we are not able to change the address.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship. Once an order is in transit, a carrier intercept fee for ground shipments UPS, FedEx, Last Mile Carrier is $21 per package plus a $5 restocking fee per package will apply. Orders shipped via USPS or Pallet/ LTL carriers cannot be intercepted.

Once your order is in transit and you wish to cancel, a return to shipper will be issued with the carrier and a $21. per package intercept carrier fee, along with a $5. per package restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is out for delivery upon your request to cancel, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it and you will adhere to our websites RETURNS policy.
