- You may place your order online during or after hours.
- You may call a Packaging Specialist to assist in placing your order at 866-435-2269.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS DURING TRANSIT:
Please check your order confirmation for accuracy. Should you need to change the shipping address during transit, please contact customer service at 866-435-2269 during normal business hours of 9 am - 5 pm EST or email [email protected] to request the change. There is a $15. per package fee to intercept and change the address. If an order is currently out for delivery, unfortunately we are not able to change the address.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so by 2 pm EST the day the order is scheduled to ship to avoid any fees.
Once your order is in transit and you wish to cancel, a return to shipper will be issued with the carrier and a $15. per package intercept carrier fee, along with a $5. per package restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is out for delivery upon your request to cancel, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it and you will adhere to our websites RETURNS policy.
