Delivery Information

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day if placed by 2 pm EST. Typical transit is typically 1-2 business days, following the day the order ships. 

Please contact us to confirm the expected delivery date of any extremely time-sensitive orders. Your order may be shipped from multiple distribution centers in Florida and could be in separate packages, depending on availability. You may contact us during business hours to check the product availability at any one of our centers.

Orders under $35., not including sales tax, will incur a $3.95 handling fee.

Our shipping department follows the UPS Holiday Schedule Click here to view. At this time, we only ship orders within the state of Florida.  PO/APO Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses. You must provide a physical street address for delivery.

Should you provide a PO Box or incorrect shipping address upon placing your order and it is in transit, you will incur a carrier intercept/address correction fee of $18. Per package.  Changing an address may also cause a delay in your shipment.

We are not responsible for UPS carrier delays, such as inclement weather, sorting errors, mechanical issues, or any other unforeseen delay that may occur in transit. We try to be as prompt & give the best approximate shipping days when asked.
