Shipping Methods
Standard Ground
1–2 business daysOur most-used option for individual cartons and small case counts anywhere in Florida.
LTL Freight
3–10 business daysPallet and bulk orders ship via freight carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping cost depends on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay. Standard ground and LTL options are both available once you enter your address.
Intercept fees are charged by the carrier — $21 per package.
Order Tracking
We pack your order
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day.
You get a tracking number
Sent by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Track anytime
Use our Track Order page with your order number and email.
It arrives
Someone should be available to receive freight and pallet deliveries.
Good to Know
- Corrugated boxes and mailers ship flat and bundled to keep freight costs down — expect to fold and assemble on arrival.
- Bundle and bale quantities are fixed per SKU; partial bundles aren't available.
- Heavy-duty double-wall cartons and large pallet orders typically move via LTL freight rather than parcel carrier.
- We currently deliver within Florida. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery outside this area.
- Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day, except weekend orders, which ship on Monday.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet, but can't redirect a package already in transit.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes. Parcel orders deliver to residential or commercial addresses; freight pallet deliveries work best at a location with a loading dock or forklift access.
What if my boxes arrive damaged?
Keep the damaged packaging and photos, and report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and get a replacement moving.
